A pesar del manejo del aneurisma, los dias posteriores al sangrado son críticos por el riesgo de vasoespasmo. El díasnostico puede realizarse cin Doppler Transcraneal con Indice de Lindegaard.
Puede ser tan severo el compromiso Que puede llevar a isquemia sintomática irreversible catastrófica. Se indica actualmente la terapia Triple H (Hipervolemia Hemodilución e Hipertensión) para favorecer la recuperación de la autoregulacion vascular cerebral. Lis factores pronóstico estan relacionados con la magnitud del sangrado como la escala de Fisher. Y el estrdo clínico según escala Hunt y Hess.
Se muestran algunas imágenes de sangrado aneurismático y control Endovascular. Incluso puede requerir nuevo terapia intravascular Intrarterial con fármaco Angiografía y Angioplastia.
